I think your site has a lot of invaluable information! From today onward, it will become one of my most haunted websites.

Keep it up.

I wish to get more information on top hospitals in South Africa that specialize in HIV and kidney.

I will be very grateful if a list of them are sent to me via my e-mail address.

At the onset I want to convey my appreciation to you for the good work you are doing by giving Africa deserved exposure to the rest of the world.

We at the Nairobi Hospital are so delighted at the ranking we have among hospitals in Africa. However we are continuously striving to better every day. To help us improve further please advise on the following:

* Criteria used to adjudicate standard
* Areas of emphasis
* Requirements within a given hospital
* Other aspects you may consider

Your response will go along way in helping The Nairobi Hospital improve on its services hence better healthcare to our patients.

We are currently developing standards and quality systems in order to obtain ISO accreditation. Your response will be invaluable to us.

I am an Ethiopian now living in Barbados.

The positive image website is very patriotic of you as an African. Keep up the good work.

I am a development economist by professional thinking about Ethiopia's and Africa's specific trajectories rather than the reports of rich western consultants who mostly neither care or know Africa and its fine villages which I had a chance to visit seven districts of Uganda when I carried research on structural adjustment and poverty in 1997.

If not the physical assets which we have yet to build, we must preserve our positive intellectual, social and cultural assets which are being depreciated by the selfish and the greedy.

Thanks for the great work and useful stats. We could use some useful links on the page that re-direct visitors to more info on Africa. Also, online surveys on various issues could help collect more diverse views thus enhancing the research-based publications.

Definitely a job very well-done!

On your website I have found passenger numbers for all African airports. I am interested to know if you have further details to this information e.g. arrivals / departures and origin / destination by country.

If so, I would very much like to study this information for Addis Ababa (Ethiopia) and Windhoek (Namibia). Could you please let me know if you have the information and whether it is something you could forward to me electronically?

I'm truly troubled looking through you list of African schools.

The most evident example of the entrenchment of neo-colonialism is reflected in the fact that I didn't see any schools with an African cultural essence/name. I can imagine the curriculum.

The list reads like European "prep" schools. I wonder if support by African/Blacks of white supremacy is intentional or a product of mis-education by their "former" colonial masters.

Although I know better, looking at the list prompted me to wonder if Africans realize their contributions to the world.

If they did, I think more self-love and self-respect would be shown in their choice of education given their children. I'm glad to see your site has grown since my last visit.

I was looking at Africa's national parks under "Africa Records" on your website and observed the following inaccurate entries.

Luvushi Manda National Park is listed as located in Malawi which I very much doubt. I am Malawian and I've never heard of this national park and from the sound of its name it could most likely be Zambian. Please check on that.

Another error is in the spelling of Nkhota-kota Game Reserve in Malawi. Note that it's NkhoTa-kota and not NkhoRakota and that there's a hyphen between the first A and second K.

Thanks for an informative website.

Your list on Africa's top [secondary] schools is informative, but I do not believe it is representative of each country's efforts to provide world class educational facilities.

Because Africa consists of very many countries, it would make more sense to list the top 20 schools in each country, and then from that a list of the top 20 on the continent can also be made available.

The rest of the information is quite good. I have not finished wading through the site, but will plod on.

I am a student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I am studying Africa. I am looking for an article about sub-Saharan women. The article should relate to political, economic, religious, artistic, or social experiences of women. The article needs to be no more than a month or so old. Can you help me find such an article?
